Introducing Caroline Ford as one of our new trainers, here at A.D.Fitness. We asked Caroline to write a short piece about herself. Caroline will be helping manage the facebook media page and rolling out the new package deals. Mick

For most of my 20’s I was overweight & unfit until about 8 years ago I discovered a passion for exercise! These days I eat well, train hard and feel the best I’ve ever felt. I love the way that training makes me feel as well as look. My main passion is running & I’ve ran several marathons over the past couple of years. My qualifications include Premier Training Level 2 Diploma in Fitness Instructing, Level 3 Diploma in Fitness Instructing & Personal Training & England Athletics Leadership in Running Fitness. I look forward to sharing my love of fitness with others & giving my clients the aspiration to become a better stronger version of themselves. Caroline
